Melia Milan - 米兰

The neighborhood location was a convenient 10 - 15 minute taxi ride to Milan's city center, this hotel had beautiful rooms and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is GREAT, all up to a 5 star hotel and service is more than good.

The location is great and across the road I didn't try any of them.

Only drawback is that it's a bit off the beaten path and not convenient to the airport or train station, but it is close to a subway stop that easily connects you to the airport express train.

100 meters from the LOTTO Metro station which is 8 stations far (15 minutes) from the new Fiera Milano (RHO FIERA Metro station).

We had two rooms right next door to each other that were very large, with beautiful marble bathrooms, sitting areas, and large king size beds.

The room contained a king size bed, upholstered headboard and a separate sitting area with sofa, coffee table, desk and chairs.

The rooms are large, and the bed is comfortable.

On the positive side, very quiet room, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

It was the best breakfast bar I have ever had, far better than any I have ever eaten here in America.

Only one down: Only 1 restaurant (they have 2) open when we were there (19/20 july 2006) and the breakfast starts only at 7 in the morning.

The upstairs breakfast room was spectacular, with an omelet bar so you could have your eggs as you pleased with all kinds of add-ins; a fruit bar, cereal bar, juice bar, and pastries galore.

Bar staff were fantastic and the breakfast itself was also very good.

The staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant) were very friendly, nice, polite and very helpful.

Though there were problems with the booking done (it was cancelled by mistake by someone in Gullivers), this was sorted out at check-in by the hotel front desk staff.

Milan is a huge, the service staff is very nice and friendly, the beds are big and comfortable.

Staff were all very pleasant and couldnt do enough to help!

The fitness was not so great and you have to pay 30 EUR additional to use the sauna and jacuzzi, incredible for a supposedly 5 star hotel.

Lovely views also from the roof of the Duomo (well worth the Lift fee).

While we weren't impressed as we drove up, we certainly were as we entered the lobby.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
