  The hotel gives a coupon for two complimentary welcome drinks per room, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and was a nice introduction to Malaysian cuisine.

  Big shopping centers, great place and the service of the staff were good. The rooms were clean, breakfast was a nice intro to Malaysian cuisine for us.

  The buffet breakfast was excellent and the location was great, staff throughout the hotel were nice, reception over double billing did not seem to be well resolved. The rooms were always tidy and clean.

  The dinning area since then as been modenised and is lovely, location of the hotel is perfect, staff is good. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

  Location is good for shopping and transport around kl, the hotel is in the best postion for shopping, the rooms are quite large, comfortable and clean.

  At the City Center , near to the bus and metro station, enjoyable stay. Helpful and polite staff, nice spacious rooms. Good breakfast till 10.30am.

  The room was big and had a nice view of berjaya times square and part of the City Centre, the location of the hotel was central. All staff were very pleasant, the bathroom amenities were numerous and well stocked, breakfast was ok, food choices good.

  The staff were efficient and friendly, and the location was great for getting around the city, the tour desk at the hotel was very good, the room itself was really big. The breakfast spread was fantastic.
