The location is very convenient for Palma city is outstandingly attractive and the interior of the hotel is very well designed.

The location is superb, on the sea front deck or on the private little beach in the hotels own miniture bay and the staff are extremely helpful.

The location is fantastic ie being on a sort of headland, the hotel is clean and on our first night we returned to our room to find a large tray.

Cabs to and from the airport were about 25 Euros each and a cab to Porta Portals is about 8 Euros.

We were on a 1500 flight, the hotel booked a taxi for us for 1300, and I paid the bill at 1200 (check out time) - bill was spot on with no queries.

The room are larger than most and all face the bay of Palma and are all the same size, large - with a separate bathroom and toilet.

The room was modern and boutique in design, it had a very comfy bed and a turn down service, ambient lighting (red, mauve etc)I agree the lighting can be confusing but fun never the less.

Check in at 1230 was speedy, having booked on line back in May and we were in our room with an extra bed for our son within minutes and in the pool shortly thereafter.

The interior of the hotel is very well designed and maintained, with very nice terraces and pool area and pool bar/restaurant.

The breakfasts were superb, a huge variety of things to choose from, i just hope they stop the toaster from squeaking, if you were trying to have a nice relaxing breakfast it would be very annoying!

It was too chilly to try the outdoor pool or jacuzzi and unfortunately it was unseasonally wet during our entire stay so we didn't really get a chance to soak up the sun(!
