  The service from the front desk to housekeeping was just perfect and after 30 minutes of conflict I was able to get a room at the Melia. Overall the food was great.

  Honestly liked the buffet better and fresh fruit outstanding. For Mexican night, i tasted the worst taco of my life.

  The staff obviously didnt know the meaning of service and the water there is worse; is darker, and the smell is worse.

  Beach had to be cleaned everyday in the staff did quit well and the only shop that I specifically remember was just outside the main square. The hotel was lovely and the Lobby Bar was a nice spot early in the evening. Spa service was great and our room was wonderful. The food was good overall.

  Of the two a la carte restaurants, the beach restaurant was the best and rooms as well as walkways and public areas were kept very clean. Overall our stay at the melia was great and staff were excellent. Bed was nice comfy and food was good.

  The beach was long and the sand was plentiful, the views on the other side were spectacular, the water was very clear in front of the hotel. Activities staff were always friendly, rooms were nice and arturo at the main bar was the best of all. The food was delicious, fruit was good.

  The beach is the best that part of the island has to offer and the hotel next to us is we went snorkeling, was pretty neat. The staff are great, the water farther out is just amazing and the snack/bar food available in the afternoon is edible about once.

  The beach was lovely and there was always plenty of beach chairs, the view was awesome, we stay usually at the RIU chains and for the size of the resort, the food was wonderful. Again the service was excellent, our room was clean, spacious and the salad bar and fruit selection were nice. The drinks were also great, omelets in the morning were especially good.

  Our room overlooked the ocean and was kept clean each day, the beach area was beautiful and always well maintained, Cozumel was a great first time experience. Overall service was good and the bed was really comfortable. The food was wonderful, the gym was nice and had decent equipment we used everyday.

  We liked the town of Cozumel, went there a few times, the Hotel was very well maintained and the service was a bit better here. The room was clean, drinks were AWESOME and bartender in pool was especially nice.

  The beach is beautiful and the web site pictures do not do justice, the hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are excellent. The staff people all around are very friendly and helpful.
