The room was airy and modern with air conditioning, I had a good rest.

Great and stunningly beautiful hotel with city view. The room was fine and good-sized, excellent staff. Very nice area, central location near to the garden as well as the restaurant. Easy check-in, late check-out. Not to mention free wifi!

Wonderful hotel, tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms. The rooms with faster wifi. Unbeatable and excellent location, just a short stroll away from Campinas Craft Fair. Good restaurant just a short stroll away from the property. Generally the service was good. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

Busy staff!

The total stay was really really nice on a Business Trip. The hotel had a central location and it was right at Campinas Craft Fair. And it was also close to Close to bars, restaurants, bars ans dmall scale shopping area, and the Meliá Campinas.

The location was great and unbeatable, not far from the Meliá Campinas for the best part of a month and several good restaurants and resturants, in a great area. Meals were fresh, and there was Inori Sushi Bar near the hotel.

My room was exceptionally comfortable and airy with faster wifi. The location was great and perfect, you can visit Campinas Craft Fair by walking.

Beautifully decorated room that was new-fashioned too. The staff was lovely and fantastic, as for 4-stars hotel. The property was in the central setting on the neighborhood. What's more, it was close to several good restaurants, and bars.

It made our trip to Campinas a very nice experience. Wonderful hotel, unbeatable and excellent location, we booked a melia twin room and enjoyed it. The venue staff was attentive, not annoying. The service was good throughout our stay.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom was very small.

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is excellent, situated in a nice and quiet area with plenty of very good restaurants in the vicinity. I was impressed by the outstanding service and the delicious breakfast buffet offered. The staff spoke English fluently and were very attentive. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool and a small area for children to play outside. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers like myself. the comfort and quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends for their future trips.

Poor staff help, very poor cleanness of the room, Inability to solve problems with the room specially with the not operative air conditioning.

Dry Sauna and a great Swimming Pool

I had a really good experience staying at this hotel. the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff also provided excellent service, attending to our needs promptly and with a friendly attitude. The basic amenities like the air conditioning and faster WiFi worked perfectly, which made our stay comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location in a nice and quiet area was a big plus, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.

No major complaints - everything was just fine.

The room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked well. Location is very good. Nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. I became a member of hotel chain and got late check-out till 2PM.
