The room was spacious and well-equipped, with excellent housekeeping and a comfortable bed. The hotel's kitchen offered a fabulous breakfast with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelets and delicious juices.- The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The children's club was not as well-organized as expected, and the activities offered were not as engaging for the kids. Although the wellness facilities were good, the massage and manicure services were not up to our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the ski room and spa, were excellent. We especially loved the relaxation area for adults and the well-organized kids zone. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view of the castle and a convenient store across the road. It was also very close to the ski lift, which was great for us as we love skiing. The breakfast was delicious and the pizzeria in the hotel served amazing pizza. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
