The location of this hotel was excellent, situated within the city walls and close to the popular attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always willing to assist us, despite the language barrier. We were pleasantly surprised by the free snacks and soft drinks available at the bar during certain times of the day. This was a great added bonus that we enjoyed.

The room design could have been better, with the bathroom and toilet configuration being a little odd. The lack of separation between the toilet and living area caused some unpleasant smells and noise disturbances.

Close to metro, lots of restaurants, helpful staff, upgraded room, clean rooms, comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location couldn't have been better - just next to subway line 2 and near to the metro station. It was so convenient to explore the city and visit attractions like the city wall and the Muslim area. We were also pleasantly surprised to find shopping malls just down the street. The service here was exceptional, with the staff always smiling and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and even a dressing area. We also had access to an electric kettle, a television, and an in-room computer. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful and the cleaners went above and beyond by washing our clothes without charging us. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a wide variety of Asian food, although it may not cater to European taste. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the subway station, Xi'an city wall, and the Muslim community in the neighborhood.
