The hotel was in a convenient location near the beach and had good amenities like a swimming pool and spa. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Plus, the food was delicious and there was a lot of variety.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. The water quality on the beach wasn't very good and the drinks were overpriced.

The Hotel Was Great. As An American and all the places I've stayed in Europe this was the best Hotel I've stayed in yet! The staff are really friendly, the location couldn't be better and the weather was perfect. The food (breakfast/diner) was paid for and included in my stay but be warned, this is Croatian style food.

That I couldn't find it on my outdated Gps.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location is absolutely perfect. It is conveniently situated right on the beach and just a short walk away from the town center. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries provided. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool area and a fantastic restaurant and bar. I was impressed with the service and the overall comfort of this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Comfortable suite, efficient hotel staff and excellent location

Breakfast: the coffee machine was always broken and horrible orange juice

The pools are excellent and the staff is ok.

The staff was very helpful and polite, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to public transportation. The pool and gym were particularly enjoyable amenities.

The vegan food selection was limited, and there were not enough buses to Pula, making taxi fares expensive. the view from some of the rooms left something to be desired, and there were some noise concerns from nearby outside areas.

Good facilities, good rooms, not overcrowded

We loved the food, international including Croatian, the people is very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities definitely correspond to a 4-stars hotel. The only thing I recommend to future travellers is to rent a car because the bus from the hotel to Pula takes about 45'.

Nothing all excellent.

Breakfast and dinner were quite good, while not as excellent as one can expect in 4* hotel. Rooms are clean and of fair size. Balcony in each room is a great feature and seaside view is very good. Pool is good, but a bit small, and a bit cooler then expected in September.

I was surprised that bar was closing at 10pm. Some of the hotel staff were very kind and nice, some were not matching my expectations. Bed is wide but a bit too hard. It was problematic at first couple of nights, but then I got adapted. AC was not functioning properly (could not get anything cooler than +24-25C), but hotel stuff was reluctant to acknowledge that, and it was not fixed.

Public is primarely older in this period of the year. The all inclusive concept atracts a certain type of gasts.

The hotel is located close to the beach, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to town center, where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is pretty good, with a lot of variety to choose from. The view from the room is also enjoyable.

But unfortunately, the bathroom was outdated, and the shower didn't have enough water pressure, making it challenging to take a proper shower.

The room we stayed in wasnt cleaned when we arrived (vaccum cleaned), and the bed-side lamp wasnt working, but after consulting with the staff everything was all right.
