In an excellent location for seeing the sites in Madrid, very pleasant hotel to stay at and reception staff particularly helpful as multi - lingual.
location is the best -- close to Plaza Mayor, feels like good value for money and room 406 is very big and quiet.
Staff very helpful, friendly employees and re: other comments about the noisey bed we just took them off.

Location was great and hotel Cortezo was our only disappointing hotel. Staff were very helpful and courteous, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge and very clean. The breakfast was also very good.
