Room cleaned daily, fresh towels and water bottles replenished. Good location for exploring Ortigia and Neopolis Park. Helpful and courteous staff. Best pizza ever from across the street. Comfortable, clean, and large rooms. Convenient location near train station and Ortigia. Chic decor and inviting breakfast.

Room has a bad view of a wall

The location of Hotel Mediterraneo was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the train station and a short walk to the charming Ortigia. We loved being able to easily explore and discover the beauty of the area. It's a shame that the management and maintenance of the hotel didn't match the potential of its excellent location. Despite the issues, we were able to sleep comfortably and rest well during our stay. The young man at reception was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome upon our arrival.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to easily walk to Ortigia and the major sights. Additionally, the hotel was close to a bus stop that took us around the city. The hotel facilities were adequate, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and had a good variety.
