Truly exceptional good budget hotel with amazing value, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The location was best possible and comfortable, a 10-15 minute walk from a Greek Orthodox basilica. There were a mall and a local market around the property.

Pleasant, fairly clean hotel with courteous and cordial personnel from the receptionists to staff at the breakfast's restaurant. New-fashioned and neat rooms with private bathrooms. A wide array of satisfactory breakfast options. The venue of choice in Patras.

The hotel's staff was helpful and caring. I had an air conditioned king room with a cool view of the mountain and the down town.

The food was savoury with lots of choice! I asked for queen room, it was cheap and neat.
The bed was a bit hard, that's my bad luck.

Pleasant hotel overall, is has excellent service and INCREDIBLE location close to the ferry port too. The rooms are neat and cheap with with a nice balcony, a double bed, for instance and the staff are welcoming. Of course, would recomand.

I loved the time in this property. Everything was amazing, handy location close to the center of things, port and taxi, and the main shopping district, thoroughly enjoyable experience. I had an air conditioned king room with a cool view of the sea. The staff were really helpful and caring in the whole hotel...
Some people working there were not very friendly.

The location was excellent, centrally located near bus and rail terminals, ferry, cafes, restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a good shower with hot water. The cost for the stay was reasonable.
Absolutely nothing.

After traveling through a number of countries, staying in hotels, and on-board long distance ferries, this was the worst of our experiences, a small room with marginally functional toilet, no toiletries provided, uncomfortable beds, marginal breakfast buffet, etc., . Its redeeming feature was its convenient location, although many other hotels were in the same area. We wold neither recommend it for price nor for any other factor.

We could not get good directions from the hotel staff or anyone else. We were told that the directions from the ferry at the dock were too difficult to give to us and we should take a taxi. When we landed there was a general strike in Greece and at the port as well. No one would give us correct directions to even get us out of the port and off the dock (even the police) and there were no taxis. We dragged ourselves a long way around and through the chain link and barbwire fence over the tracks, through the railway station and over to a taxi stand that was taken over by 20 or more harley davidson motorcycles (there was a huge convention of harley riders and bikers of any where from 10 to 30 thousand bikers that week).

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The location was perfect - right in the center of town, on a pedestrian-only area. It made getting around and exploring the city a breeze. The hotel had a contemporary design which I really liked and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities you would need, including a double bed. I also enjoyed the fact that breakfast was included in the rate, giving me a good start to the day without any extra cost. I found this hotel to be a great choice in terms of its location, service, and prices.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Father staff was very helpful on more than one occasion. After all in the end it is the people that count. The breakfasts are wonderful, and the location excellent. They could improve on non smoking rooms.
Smell of stale smoke in room....

This hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Patras. The rooms are compact but offer a lovely view, especially from those with balconies. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Plus, having breakfast included in the rate with varied options is definitely a value for money.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and hassle-free.
