The whole Maxima chain is good. I would say "normal" in the international terms, but for Moscow it is really "good". Staff speaks english well. Working a/c in the rooms, multilingual tv channels. Cashier/Exchange at the lobby. Place is quite adn transportation availability normal... All the little details that are a must for internatinal hotel, but barely existing at many other hotels of Moscow. The price is too high for world standarts, as everything in Moscow, but is below midrange for Moscow. Defenitely I would recommend it for the foreign travellers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a quiet residential area outside the city center. The location was perfect for me as it offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke good English, making communication a breeze. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I especially appreciated the basic amenities such as the AC and breakfast included in the price. It was great value for money and a comfortable stay overall.

The carpet in the room has no pad and I could feel the mattress springs while in bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the amenities provided. I got a bit more than expect for this price for Moscow. Hotel is pretty close to subway station (walking distance is about 6 minutes)

Location was great, very close to two metro stations and a shopping mall with a supermarket. Very convenient for getting around the city. Staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice restaurant with good prices.

The hotel felt a bit dated and tired, the view wasn't the best and the area was a bit boring. The breakfast location got overcrowded in the mornings with noisy Chinese tourists.

Could received better info how to travel inside the city with either simple brochures or simple guides notes.

I like the politeness of the staff, the cleanness of the apartments, the nice choice of food in the restaurant.

I would like to have the cabin for the shower, the curtain is not convenient,in my opinion.

Our stay was in a peaceful residential district, within walking distance to public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Staff was friendly and eager to help, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a vast assortment of delicious options and was enjoyable. the hotel had accessible Wi-Fi and an ATM on the premises.

The internet connection was costly and the staff in charge of cleaning was a bit unhappy.
