Hotel is in a great location- very close to the Grand Place and most of the major attractions in the city.

The location is great, the hotel is in good condition and in the end of the day offered to change the room as machine gave us small one.

Our "initial" room on the 3rd floor was unpleasant (bed was hard; unable to take a tub bath; no hair dryer).

The staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was fine, the room was large with a sitting area separate from the bedroom.

In the end we got some sheets, but my friend had to make his bed himself.

2 nights, very friendly reception staff, room comfortable and clean bathroom the same.

It is clean, has a very good continental breakfast, and staff was very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast is nice, the facilities are very new.

You would need to visit the tourist pub and resturant sites in the grand place area at night as there isn't alot of worth while ones in the door step of the hotel, apart from one small cafe/bar just around the corner.

We stayed for 3 nights without breakfast included.

Cheap and fashionable design, friendly reception staff, good cleanliness of the room.

There were no odd incidents with the housekeeping staff and all the front desk people were very helpful during our visit.

When I asked the reception staff to make sure the sheets would be changed before my friend arrives, I was assured this was being done every day.

Even though it was obvious that nothing had been done, the reception staff lied to us by insisting that the sheets were changed every day.

The elevators were strange, no inner door so the you stood and watched the floors fly past.

When checking out the lift malfunctioned and just went up and down for 15 minutes not stopping, eventually it stopped on the top floor so I had to drag my luggauge down the stairs.

It is an older hotel and the elevator was tempremental, but other than that, no complaints.

I found the room a good size and it was spotless!

Additionally good price, friendly staff and the room was clean and simple.

This hotel was fine, personnel was very helpful and the room was clean.

My room was clean and the breakfast was also a huge disappointment.

In addition the room is very clean as well.
