We stayed in this place and found it to be clean and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep, although we would have liked an extra pillow each. We enjoyed its convenient location, as it was close to shopping areas. However, being on the first floor, the street noise was quite loud at night.

On arrival we paid in full in cash. I tried to use my laser card for shopping (which my wages had been paid into that morning) it wouldnt work, spoke to my bank and was told the apartment had tried to take the full amount out of my account. Spoke to the most ignorant woman(who could do with a good wash) on reception who showed no empathy whatsoever, who explained that the money was on hold and she would do nothing to put it back(my bank said all it would take was for their bank to authorise it to go back) so I was left with no money for my long awaited trip. To this day 6 days later it has still not gone back to my account. Bills are not being paid and I have no money all because of a stupid hotel. Amenities in apartment didn't work like the shower,lights & tv. Never cleaned or rubbish taken. I never leave bad reviews but made an exeption for this kip. No responses from complaints.

Convenient for shops and transport, however did find the appartment very hot. Staff were friendly and would book again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for shopping and convenient transportation.

Couldn't fault the hotel, but the noise levels were high at night.

We went up to watch the football, it was in a perfect location , clean , and all around nice to stay in , the girl at the reception was also helpfully and friendly .

The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean, which was a relief for our Christmas stay. We also enjoyed the fact we were in a great location for shopping, and it was easy to get around the city by foot.

The apartment had its downsides. The shower was very temperamental and could run from hot to cold in an instant, which was not only frustrating but dangerous as well when it got so hot it burned my husband.

We liked the apartment as whole. Nice bedroom Good to have a kitchen and Fridge and living area. Good location

Applicance were flakey, Taps coming off both bathroom and sink basin. A disaster waiting to happen. No toliet role, no cleaning agents or towels to use in kittchen after cooking. Drains blocked in bathroom. No hangers in wardrobes. All can be fixeable but could put people off staying

Our apartment was sparkling clean and the beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for shopping, with plenty of shops nearby. Despite the noise from the street at night, our room provided a peaceful retreat. The staff was attentive and provided helpful information about the local area.

Very nice appartment, good facilities.

There was no one at reception when we arrived we had to ring a number to check in. After ringing this number the girl on the phone said there was no one under that name and said 'we had to sort it out ourselves and it was our job to ring up' she was very rude on the phone and in the end we had to ring the website we booked with and figure it out ourselves. A very stressful start to the weekend, it took us 2 hours just to check in.

Our stay was in a great location for exploring the city and shopping. We found that the beds were surprisingly comfortable and very clean. there was a nice selection of amenities provided in the room which we appreciated.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The shower was terribly inconsistent, and sometimes even dangerously hot.

The first room I was allocated had a power cut; after unpacking so I had to pack everything up again to move to another room. The rooms were very cold when I first arrive and I had to put the heaters on. So for the first hour whilst they warmed up I was freezing. No one explained that the emersion heater needed to be switched on to get hot water which spoilt my timetable for the first evening and resulted in me being late meeting up with friends. No full length mirrors in either room. The water from the taps in the second room was brown from arrival to departure (a health risk !)

It was within walking distance to everything , very central x

Great city views and proximity to Piccadilly train station. Comfortable beds too.

Dirty corridors with sopping wet areas lent an uncared for air. Once inside the apartment though all was comfortable and clean. Bafflingly there was an unplumbed and unconnected washer/dryer in a utility cupboard. Apartment instructions would be a useful addition.

There was no security or any staff at the front desk the whole weekend 1 bath towel between 4, 2 loo rolls between 4 the whole weekend,there were 3 homeless people sitting asleep by the receprion area,will not be staying there again.
