      I loved the location and cheap, great beach. Decent value in Kihei and the 3rd building is the best. The bedroom is way in the back of the unit and very quiet, the elevators are located near the middle.

      Beautiful view of the ocean, beach supplies to use as well and the water is warm and clear. The owners seemed to provide many little extras and the grounds and pools are nice and clean.

      Ocean view were spectacular, the beach was 1 short block from the complex and very peaceful, the price was reasonable and we found the unit we had to be comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the owners decorate like we do and everything was clean and orderily, shower was great. The kitchen was fully equipped.

      Bath towels were very poor quality, old sheets, noisy headboard that shook every time we turned over.

      Location convenient, well maintained, grills and a beach 5 minutes away, a great value for the money. Good accomodation at a reasonable price, bathroom very uncomfortable and plenty of towels were available.

      Good location to beach and just across the street. Great place to stay, comfortable cozy little home away from home and s very nice and well furnished apartment. We rented from the owner direct and beautiful garden around.

      Unfriendly staff, a toilet paper towel hanger was broken.

      Across from a lovely beach and great location. Perfect place for us and clean room. Lots of spices, a good dishwasher, drive as well as restaurants, very convenient.

      Charlie young beach is a lovely uncrowded beach, location is excellent.

      Internet is toooooo slow, pools are closed to early in the evening.
