The staff was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Tube station and Globen. The bedroom had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed with beautifully soft bed linen. I can't praise them enough and will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

3 minutes from T-bana. very quiet surroundings Nice breakfast, free coffe all the time in the reception zone or in the hall (used it on late returns - thanks)
bring your own slippers - you will find it usefull, since the shower's sink in the bathroom is right on the cold floor - but it's usual for Sweeden

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and efficient railway service. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were ample and delicious. The early check-in request was granted and the coffee/cakes at reception were a nice touch.

Great location - two minutes walk from the metro line. Friendly staff, nice rooms, laid back feel and nice breakfast. Felt more like a bed and breakfast - really cozy. Thoroughly recommended.

The courteous staff. They were exceptionally good and friendly! I especially liked the young lady that told us she also had a 15 mo old baby (like ours). She was very polite and courteous and understood our practical difficulties...
The only thing I didn;t like was that the cleaning person was not wearing gloves or anything and the same lady that cleaned the bathrooms, did the sheets on the bed and I noticed that she didn't really wash her hands after cleaning the bathrooms... :(
