  i loved saying in this hotel! they are so naice and carfull with everything!..and fyi..they are al remodeled...and the r0oms are absolutly stuning! everything is amazing..but what i most liked was the people and how they want to make ur staing more pleasant!

  Each night i arrived back to my room and i found that there was money missing. The staff also is not fully multilingual although some did speak english. There was also not hot water and i had a suite. I told the staff about it but they were not willing to do a single thing!

  The worst part about the whole situation is that they did not even close the bar down after this horrible tragedy.

  We all found strange looking tiny rashes all over our bodies, presumably from bed bugs.

  First of all they did not have our reservation for the correct dates when we arrived. After correcting the problem we checked in and after seeing our rooms we decided to check out in less than 5 minutes, I'm not going to mention what was found in the bathrooms. We went to the front desk to check out and they wanted to charge us 26% taxes for the stay, long story short we did not pay anything and we ended up staying at the Hodelpa Gran Almirante which I highly recommend.
