So glad we chose it, spent 2 relaxing days here. The location for Matsumoto was great and beautiful, right by Matsumoto castle and the most picturesque streets of the city and the restaurant. All of the staff members were consistently courteous and exceptionally nice. The service was fantastic, including an easy check-in.

Appreciated my stay. My stay was really comfortable for holidays. The location was great, at a walking distance from a sleek museum. There were an old market and a market around the hotel. I had spotless and very classy room with full bath attached and a lovely tea.

Short walk to Matsumoto art museum, the castle and the old street, the Yohashira Shrine and the Nakamachi neighbourhood beyond, and the castle and lots of restaurants close by. The facilities in the room assigned on arrival were useful, beds were extremely comfy. The location was particularly good and perfect, you can visit Kurassic by walking.
