I booked a room with a comfortable bed, cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The bedroom was separate, had excellent stay and late check-out.

The Internet did not work, spIders everywhere and breakfast was a joke. The a/c unit was very loud that the tv volume had to be turn up every time it came on. The microwave was loud too. The room was full of smoke and other odors. The hotel is for backpackers not a family with young kids especially with health concerns.

Advertised internet was not present and was one of the reasons I booked. There were also two rooms at the end of the building that seemed to have at least 5 to 7 people staying in them and were very loud.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable bed. The kitchenette was functional and had everything I needed. The location was convenient for my business trip. I had a good stay at Master Suites Hotel.

The suite didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new. This location was good, near the active train tracks. The staff were extremely friendly and amiable, gave us great tips.
