In summary - smart, friendly well sittuated hotel that was good value for money - downside food only OK.
While all this was good value and a good fit for our purpose, I think hotel needs some refurbishment and I would not regard it as up to corporate "business class" standard.
The Location was excellent as we went to the Zoo the next day is right on your doorstep and so convenient is we chose this hotel.

The room was more than adequate with double bed, bunk beds and patio doors with balcony to wooded area.
The rooms are a little shabby and the bathrooms need updating but the beds, towels and linen were excellent for a 3* hotel.
A double room is actually two single beds clamped together and this is the same apparently in all rooms, therefore you have two single mattresses joined together with a nice drop between them for you to roll into.
For £100 I expect more than a (very large) bed, dresser and chair and the bathroom was a disgrace both in terms of size, appointment and cleanliness.
