We were amazed by the beauty of Martin's. It felt like stepping into a heavenly sanctuary with its unique church setting. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning, and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel special throughout our stay. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this luxurious hotel.

an easy walk to ronda, where you can have lunch. you can't go past great service. a good home base for exploring mechelen.

Rooms good sized and excellent. The location was great and the bed spacious. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Sister Bean that was only 15 minutes' walk away

my recent stay in mechelen was perfect. staying at martin's made it even better. the hotel's unique church setting was stunning, and the rooms were spacious and clean. being walking distance from the city center was a bonus. will definitely return when my wife joins me!

A previous review of this hotel said `that you should stay for the experience`- we did just that. Clever architecture has brilliantly transformed a church into a modern hotel providing an extraordinary experience.

A beautiful dinning room, but only used for breakfast. There is no restaurant in the evening - but many within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The ideal base to explore a very underrated city. The staff were, without exception, very welcoming, informative and helpful. The conversion from a church to a hotel has been done very sensitively and manages to achieve that balance of showing respect to the buildings past and yet providing a stylish, modern and functional hotel. Do not be put off by the " cosy " description of the cheaper rooms. They are not small.

our recent stay at mechelen's martin's patershof was truly amazing. the staff went above and beyond to make our group visit unforgettable. the spacious and attractive rooms, excellent service, and fantastic breakfast were all highlights that exceeded our expectations.

Inadequate towels.

The units are new-fashioned, unique with glass window, bar plus the very comfortable bed.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a minibar. The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing breakfast area. The view from the room was excellent, with a stained-glass window and a coffee machine. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the city center and a supermarket nearby.

Original hotel that you must have experienced once.

We couldn't open the door of the room due to technical problems, and had to try 3 times and run up and down. Therefore we lost at least half an hour, at that time the crew was understaffed. The double room had 2 single beds next to each other which was a dissapointment for our romantic night. Few daylight is minor.

We stay in double room quite often, it is huge and luxurious. Good service, the breakfast is very very good and sensational. The atmosphere of the hotel is unique...
