    Moved to another hotel (La Quinta airport) out of the darkness and into the light!

    First room was a smoking room and filthy (toilet had skid marks, bathroom did not look mopped), 2nd room was filthy but at least non-smoking.

    The room was JUST as nice as many $100 rooms that I have stayed in.

    The rooms didn't have a desk or any other frills.

    After the first night they rented out one of the rooms that I had reserved for my family.

    They did give us another room, but would not do an adjustment for the inconvenience.

    The hotel is clean and the restaurant (which we used only for breakfast) was realy good.

    I just really appreciate the service that's offered to the family members of those who are in the hospital.

    Much to our delight (and soon to be horror) we found that the Hospital owns a "full-service" hotel called Marten House.

    Front desk could not give any directions.

    Even the hotel manager when we passed in the hallway bumped into us and did not even apologize or acknowledge our presence.

    When I was there the pool water was too cold to swim and the management made no attempt to correct it.

    There were plants in the lobby but all plastic.

    The rooms are clean and the pool is small but also nice and clean.

      Much to our delight (and soon to be horror) we found that the Hospital owns a "full-service" hotel called Marten House.       Beds were well used and not very comfortable,there was olso a damp smell from the carpets. Moved to another hotel (La Quinta airport) out of the darkness and into the light!

      Stayed for four nights for the F1 Grandprix,thought that the rooms were dark and dull.
