A nice place to stay, staff great really friendly and rooms adequate and clean.
We liked the atmosphere of the hotel, staff very friendly and shower either too hot or too cold due to faulty valve.
All of the staff were simply the best and bed was comfortable.

The surroundings are beautiful and that said, the hotel itself is set on a lovely location. The staff are exceptionally friendly a special thank you to the receptionist, margaret, the rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast we had was delicious.

Nearby location was good, the car park was a big plus and the hotel was reasonably priced and the staff very helpful and attentive at all times. The food was fantastic on the day and very competitive compared to other venues, room was very large. Bar service was fine and sausages and the wedding breakfast itself was excellent.

Pleasant location next to canal, an excellent overnight stop and large free car park. Room quality was also good, the food, venue and staff were all fantastic, lady at reception we checked in was friendly and helpful. The central heating was put on as got rather chilly in the evening, breakfast was very nice.

Only 10 minutes at most from main roads and vicinity of a traditional canal. The breakfast was excelent and the location was perfect for our visit to middleton hall, the hotel was in a lovely setting and the rooms. The staff were great and cheerful and the shower was excellent.

Just 20 minutes from the nec and pleasant surroundings. Not bad value for money, great Wedding Venue and good rates. Staff friendly and helpful, lovely room x. Nice fluffy towels, food reasonable and excellent choice.
