I have stayed in alot worse hotels but for this sort of money you expect more.
Nearby location was good and every thing about the stay at the hotel was first class.
Great location, just 20 minutes from the NEC and room quality was also good.
Relaxed location, very pleasant place and the staff very helpful.
The location is great, fulfilling our need for an easy drive to the N and the staff are friendly.
A genuinely farm-rural location, right on the canal so good for walking and the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful as I wandered the grounds of the hotel.

Food quality was good, but unless you like your veg 10 mins after your main course is served, i would suggest you order a pasta dish.
Food were first rate: everyone was impressed by the former and well kept gardens.
The staff are exceptionally friendly a special thank you to the receptionist, the food is amazing compliments to the chef.
Cottagey style of the room were great, staff were friendly you could find them and the receptionist was well mannered.
