The price was reasonable compared to the on-site stores in other hotels we have stayed before.

Great location though, being right next to the Alladin puts it within walking distance of almost anything in Vegas, and they run a shuttle to Fashion Show mall almost every hour.
The greatest asset of the property is its central location close to the strip.
The location was great as it is 100 yards off the strip, right next to the Alladin and MGM Grand.
Taxis are easy to get but walk as much as you can.
The airport is a short ride from the strip and "people watching" is a blast here.
We got a studio suite which included a king bed, pull-out sofa, large bathroom and small kitchenette.
The bathroom in the master suite of two-bedroom has separate bath tub and shower.
If you get stuck with a one bedroom which is the lockoff portion of a three bedroom suite you end up with a room half the size of the normal rooms, a bathroom with one single vanity and one mirror.
The unit was huge, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, soaking tub, walk in shower with double shower heads, 42" plasma TV in the living room, and an amazingly comfortable king bed.
The hotel room was nice - great layout for a hotel room with a king bed, pullout sofa, nice decor and great bath.
It had a bar, but no snacks, so if you were hungry, you needed to leave the hotel to get food, as the hotel itself had no restaurant either.
However, located right across the street within the Miracle Mile shops are various restaurants offering breakfast for under $5.
It was very convenient to eat breakfast and lunch in the room.
Again though, because of the location you can walk across the street to the Miracle Mile shops and choose from 8-10 restaurants.
It's right across from the Miracle Mile Shops where you can buy breakfast or dinner and close to Planet Hollywood.
The staff was very friendly particularly in the marketplace shop and the concierge.
So it's hard to compare to a standard hotel in regards to service as the place was not full of people thus staff was available at all times.
There is also a complimentary gym (somehow the elevator has been skipping that floor haha :) Also a pool and bar on the roof which I haven't seen cause it's cold this time of year.
We used the fitness center and the pool on a daily basis and appreciated the fact that we were steps away from "The Strip" but could get away from the crowds/noise.
The pool on top of the tower is small and the Jacuzzi was not working on the days I was there.
The Grand Chateau offers free high speed wireless internet access to its guests throughout the property.
The wireless internet was very fast which made our vegas research much easier to do before we head out on the town.
The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff couldn't have been more gracious.
I had an one bedroom condo for the whole week, which was very modern and clean, I'll have to say, this was the best time share condo that I have every stayed in.
Definitely not a bad place to stay for a business event, if you want to have a nice clean room that has plenty of taxicabs out front and you can be to a conference in a few minutes.
The room was clean and had everything we could ask for in it.
It is also important to mention that this hotel is a timeshare hotel so if you wish to have someone come clean your room daily, it is for an extra fee.
