The bed was comfortable, kitchen etc was clean and the food was very good.
In addition the room was spotless and employees we encountered were all pretty nice.
This place is huge and the main pool area is good.

Main fitness center was nice and loved the area, the hotel was clean and the food ran the gamut of choices. Rooms, well i stayed in the newest group of buildings, the Staff at reception were friendly, polite knowledgable and guest bedroom and bath were great. This gym had a good number of machines and was a lot cooler.

The other pool has a beach entrance and a huge sand area for kids, the aeriel tram ride is spectacular. We just returned from a weeks stay at shadow ridge and palm Desert is beautful, clean and easy to drive around in. The staff is friendly and two bedrooms are great for large get togethers.

Great location, very modern decor and staff are very friendly and helpful. A studio here is well, we grilled on the outdoor grills on end of unit and the swimming pools are very nice and beautiful.
