    • The view from the top was fantastic, the hotel featured a great game room and front desk staff was extremely helpful.

      Liked the location and the decor lovely. Fabulous stay at Custom House, staff were friendly and the concierge was also very helpful and sent us to a great. The room was not bad, a local had a good tip on fenway and laundry facilities were available.

      The location was very good, the T stop was just outside the door and the traditional decor was sort of blah. The Custom House was amazing and staff were pleasant. Sofa bed was great and the kitchen was very well equiped.

      Fantastic location, awesome Hotel and as a converted building from Boston's past is very central. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice and without the super high ceilings and marble walls. The food court has lobster rolls that are pretty good, the gym is great and there is also a playroom.

      Good service and a decent play area for children, the location of the hotel is excellent. The building is the oldest skyscraper in Boston and the architecture is pretty cool, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are large and well laid out for a family of four. Snacks from the convenience market just next door and laundry facility on the 24th floor and a nice gym on the 25th.
