Offers great value in a great location and stately historic hotel.
The location is excellent right next to t Faneuil Hall and the hotel does a good job of showcasing the building's historical heritage.
The location could not have been better and walking in Boston is wonderful - we didn't take our car out for 4 days.
The historic sites are within walking distance and the hotel is also in a great location.
Best location in Boston, beautiful setting and the Custom House is a classic building.
I parked at the Sullivan Square T stop and great stay.
Additionally the front desk were friendly, our room was a huge suite.

The view was spectacular, the traditional decor was sort of blah and a hot breakfast was not available at any price at the Custom House.
Great restaurants nearby- legal seafood and spectacular views.
The restaurant variety was superb, helpful the locals were to tourists and the pool at the Marriott Long Wharf was a 5 minute walk away.
The food court has lobster rolls that are pretty good, uniqueness of the facility is well worth.
Justin at the front desk was great at helping us navigate the city, the staff was very friendly and the suite was very nice and spacious.

Especially the concierge staff is excellent, the rooms are very clean.
