The fitness center was free, the quality food of Restaurant Los Canarios was great and price for everything was very reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and the concierge was always helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi and the sauna was satisfactory. Breakfast in los canarios was bright, the spa was nice.

Good location in reforma and Chapultepec and historical district. Fantastic stay at the reforma, posh at a Perfect Price and the car service was easy, cheap. Our room was excellent, clean and food was delicious. Concierge was very polite and helpful, the spa was ok and lived to its standard as well.

Location is good, breakfast is very good and the decor here is just atrocious, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff is professional and personable, two bottles of water are provided free each day. The pool is also very nice and quite warm.
