It is in a great location within walking distance to Duval and other Old Town attractions.
It's not incredibly noisy because the location is off Duval but I expected less from this level of hotel.
The location is ideal: two blocks off Duval in a safe area.
This is a beautiful property in a prime location ~ the staff members greeted us right away and throughout our stay they were always extremely pleasant and welcoming.
We told hime we just checked out and were waiting to go to the airport.
Private balcony, high ceilings, quiet central a/c, lavish marble bath (with skin-shedding shower water pressure), comfy and elegant furnishings, coma-inducing king bed, top-shelf linens and pillows.
The room(s) sported a very comfortable bed and plenty of closet and drawer space.
The room was exquisitely furnished with bed, and separate sofa / seating area.
A comfy bed, nice 26 LCD TV and luxurious towels neatly rolled.
The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated with big bathrooms and a balcony or veranda.
As a guest at the hotel, you can enjoy this restaurant's delicious cuisine brought to your conch-house-style southern porch at no extra charge.
Dining at the Cafe Marquesa was also a pleasant experience, with great food, great wine list, nice bar, great service and a 50 foot walk back to our room.
In addition the restaurant had excellent food, the pools were great.
On a final note: don't pass up the Cafe Marquesa - the restaurant there was one of the most luscious meals we've ever had.
While in Key West we ate at Blue Heaven for breakfast (excellent), B.
Twice daily maid service, and a staff that is very friendly and knowledgable about Key West make this an oasis in the midst of a bit of crazyness.
There is no pool service (no water, service staff, magazines, books, etc.
The pool area was delightful, the hotel service was good and the staff were extremely helpful in contacting Miami.
The courtyard/pool area looks like the garden of Eden.
Two small pools, never saw anyone in the pools, but you did have to stake claim to a lounge chair early if you want some sun by the pool.
If you want a pool and a valet and a beach at a resort then go to The Pier House.
Myers Beach on the high-speed catamaran and had a wonderful time.
Overall an excellent place to stay, the service was great and the rooms were spotless.
The rooms were spotless and perfect in every way.
Our junior suite #26 was clean, well appointed and comfortable.
Nice, clean rooms, very very nice staff (Richard), a wonderfull restaurant, well, everthing was just perfect!
The grounds are kept up very nicely and the rooms are up to date with high tech amenities and always very clean.
