Set in the Yucatan jungle 20 miles outside of Cancun, this idyllic hideaway promises the true romantic Mexican experience of yore to its guests. The expert staff will show you to your exceptional and authentically Mexican rooms that open into lush gardens, then to the first rate beach, or show you to the excellent dining choices you are afforded. The only drawback is that there are limited number of children under 16 allowed, so you should inquire from before.

            • Great location and quite close to Cancun, beach is beautiful, this place is magnificent in all ways. The service is exceptional and lots of palapas and lawn chairs/beds and are wonderful. Freddy's bar is the best and food is exquisite.

            • Best beach in the world and wonderful place. Great service, free internet and tuna Ceviche at the bar fresh and simply delicious. The restaurant is very good, as always, the local staff is EXTREMELY friendly and several pools make nice for a change of scenery.

            • The beach was beautiful and our stay minus the small issues was fantastic. The warmth and kindness of the staff were just perfect, room was spotless, coffee and tea in the am was prompt and hot. The spa was great too.

            • The beach is one of the best we've experienced, just a gorgeous place, we will definitely go back and tons of staff per guest and to the last delightful. The room is adequate for the amount of time you spend in there, food is great.

            • The amazing margaritas on the beach each day and best Place Ever. The staff at maroma were ubiquitously happy and rooms were great. The food was very good and the new chef held a wonderful chefs dinner. The spa was fabulous.

            • The beach and spa here are lovely and the food is very good, the hotel is small, private and quiet, the service here is the best I have ever encountered. Dark restaurant completely on our own to eat a rather disappointing meal.

            • The beach is stunning and well taken care of, the spa couples massage was wonderful today The rainforest setting is magical. Staff is incredible and loved the room’s indoor/outdoor shower and private plunge pool. The food is utterly fantastic.

            • Suite just steps away from the caribbean sea, not family/children oriented, luxury service direct beach location and one of the best hotels in the world. Excellent staff and beautiful rooms. The food was amazing, the spa was extensive, soothing and peaceful.

            • The beach was very clean , and the water was calm and beautiful, beachside service through Maroma was amazing, the rooms were cheaply furnished and very basic. Breakfast was quite good, just standing in the entryway and looking into the facility was relaxing.
