      The only thing that's better than beauty of the location and the charm, is the personalized service.

      The beach wonderful, the beautiful location and aesthetically the whole place looks like was built on the cheap.

      The busy Cancun airport is probably the worst part about the trip.

      When we arrived at Cancun airport nobody was there to take us to the hotel (which I had arranged beforehand).

      Our room was beautiful (#2), and the bed was luscious with a spacious balcony, hammock, and very elegant appointments from the sink, vanity, shower, and toilet.

      We had a garden room overlooking one of the smaller pools on the upper floor; it was very private and had ample space, we loved the huge shower/sunken bath and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

      Meager water pressure, and yes, that really is a big, oversized shutter used as a door between the bed and bathrooms.

      Candles provided by the bath for that romantic evening and enough room for two although the little step in the tub as a bit odd to us.

      Complete with a living room, seperate bedroom, exercise room, oversized bath with indoor/outdoor shower & private plunge pool.

      We ate breakfast and two dinners at the main restaurant.

      Sunken tub is luxurious, freddy's Bar is great and in the two other restaurants-- even the spa menu is delicious.

      The restaurants (especially the main El Restaurante),the bar, the beach service and accomodations and the spa are all top notch.

      We dined in all the restaurants and had room service once for dinner and breakfast.

      It is right above the restaurant/bar and the view of the ocean is perfect.

      The staff (we recognized many faces from last year) and service is exceptional.

      The staff was unbelievable with their service.

      Beach service is excellent, the hotel is beautiful and elegant, the staff is wonderful.

      On that side, you have the spa, brand new gym, bar/lunch/breakfast area and new pool.

      For example, the spa has sauna and steam rooms, with plunge pools, but they were not up and running (though the very friendly spa manager showed them to us) due to some electricity restrictions resulting from some nearby construction.

      Superb room with a gym, massage palapa, private pool, amazing beach view etc.

      The high-speed Internet connection worked just fine.

      The service is outstanding, the rooms are spotless, the food is fresh and deliscious, the beach is clean and soft and the whitest sand ever.

      The lobby bar was near our front door, the staff were totally adorable and the room was spotless.

      The room was spotless and well appointed.

      Our room was thoroughly cleaned each day with fresh linens twice a day & the most romantic turn down service we've ever experienced!

        The beach is clean and the Mayan site tours offered through the resort are a rip-off as well. Furthermore the best bits about this hotel are the pools and the service at Maroma is excellent. Water are beautiful, breakfast is fantastic and the wine list is good.

        The ocean is warm, a lovely view out from the running machines and the beach in front of the hotel is spotless. The staff is unbelievably friendly, the room has cool tile floors and the food is wonderful. The pools are great.

        Very nice beach, great view and welcoming hotel we've ever experienced. The staff was just wonderful, the bed was delicious and comfortable, the food we had was mainly superb. Dinner was fantastic and spa were truly the most romantic of all of our adventures.

        Beach beds are fabulous, its setting is beautiful – surrounded by lush foliage and service doesn't get much better. Water is gorgeous and the food is wonderful. The SPA is amazing.

        Beach service is excellent and this place is the most superb place you are honeymooner's. Also the staff is attentive and friendly, the bed is romantic. Food is great and the spa is wonderful -- I had a facial that was absolutely perfect.

        The beach is gorgeous and the entire hotel is very nicely designed. The personnel work at the Maroma are wonderful and the rooms are sufficiently nice. Food are excellent, the Spa is also beautiful.

        The beach is one of the best we've experienced and the staff couldn't have been better or nicer. Additionally the rooms are great, breakfast is truly awesome and the spa itself is beautiful.
