  On some ways, our stay at marlfield was very nice and service was exquisite. Our room overlooked the garden at the back and was lovely, food was absolutely top class, added to by an excellent wine list.

  All in all a fantastic place to stay and we will defiantly be back……, the staff the food is incredible. Dinner is particularly good and the service is great too.

  The staff were brilliant and very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms on the first floor were spotless.

  Tiny, tiny soap was not replaced in our 3 day stay and our dinner was poor.

  Lots of flowers, comfy sofas, gorgeous fireplaces and chandeliers, beautiful Rooms. Dusky light fills the restaurant and a fantastic fruit. Delicious dinners.

  Excellent food in restaurant and really great dinner.

  The tv in the room was tiny and in a really inconvenient place, our rating for the service overall was poor, the staff were warm welcoming, unfortunately our bedroom was not.

  Great breakfasts in wonderful surroundings and delightful country inn. Nice, friendly, good quality and beautiful house. The staff were excellent, the rooms were fabulous and beautifully furnished, the meal to follow was also very well executed. Dinner was fantastic, the gardens were big enough to enjoy a walk and admire the birdlife.

  Peaceful, quiet, luxurious, great location, nice place and we loved the Gardens and the general architecture of the house. The staff are pleasantly professional, the bar, drawing room and restaurant are all lovely and really comfortable, the food is imaginative and fresh.

  The rooms were lovely, we had a garden view that was amazing, a warm welcome nothing was a problem and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. The bath was incredible, food was fabulous and dinner was great too.

  The dining area has murals and mirrors make interesting, the place is really relaxing, comfortable, luxious and peaceful. Marlfield house has comfortable and the staff, are mainly foreign, were efficient and courteous. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the food is amazing and the well maintained gardens are great to walk around too.

  Good staff, great food, excellent surroundings, wonderful Stay and the house itself is stunning and in an incredibly peaceful location. The bathroom is very nice and large, the cuisine in the renowned restaurant is well worth the time and cost.

  Beautiful country house, fabulous Place and the dining staff were professional, friendly and highly accomodating. Our room was gorgeous and very romantic, the food was really really good.
