The Sky Plaza Restaurant, boasting a stunning panorama of Plovdiv, is a culinary treasure that will elevate your dining experience. With a seating capacity of up to 60 people, it offers breathtaking views that rival even the most picturesque postcards of the city.
Slow elevator.

Hotel's very close to tourist spots like dzhumaya mosque. A few steps away from Fish House, where you can have lunch. I used private parking onsite.

Convenient location with car park, polite receptionist accommodated room change to fantastic view, very quiet room with thoughtful interior decor reminiscent of a period piece.

Super-kitch obsessive style (somebody may like it...not me)...The staff guys try to solve the problems in best possible way.
Wellness area not working...air conditioning not working (could'n sleep at night!)...internet connection with problems...breakfast low quality and limited offers (only fat and high colestherol food). A part of that, everything was ok:-)...

Located near a fair hall, convenient for walking. Unique and interesting rococo-style decor, reminiscent of a movie set. Spacious rooms with plenty of space. Enjoyable dining experience. Limited parking available.

The breakfast was very good and staff in the restaurant very helpful. Also, when we found that the fitness facilities were out of use,the manager found a nearby hotel at which we could use their facilities. The style of the room was interesting and attractive, and we had a small balcony overlooking the river. The location was very close to the sights of the Old Town, and not far from the central shopping area too.
None of the facilities were available - fitness, sauna etc. even though they were all advertised on the website. The front window of our room did not close fully so it was quite noisy overnight due to traffic from the main road outside. The walls are also very thin as we were disturbed during both nights by other guests, even though they did not appear to be rowdy.

The hotel has a quirky and unique decoration with a rococo movie vibe. The room was spacious and well-decorated with red colors and interesting art pieces. The location of the hotel is excellent. We enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast during our stay.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the city center, old town and great restaurants. The room had an amazing view of the city and the river. The breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food options.
The furniture in the room was old and could use some updating. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the internet was only available in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient.

Attending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The first thing to note was the lovely decorations around the premises. The general setting was warm and welcoming, with a homely feel. the hotel staff was friendly, and our room was quite tidy. we had access to some great amenities, which made our stay comfortable and memorable.
The slow elevator service. Waiting for our floor to come up was tedious, and the walk would have been better as there were so many beautiful sights to enjoy.
