The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The pool area had pleasant sea views and the location in Sissi was ideal for a quiet getaway. There was a lovely atmosphere and the hotel had a very good location, near the beach and tavernas.

We had a great room on the first floor with a direct sea view and wonderful sea noise. At the very friendly reception every wish was promptly fulfilled. The complex is very well maintained and beautiful. We will be very happy to come back!

It would be nice if the hotel pool was open for swimming before breakfast, not at 10 am.

I recently stayed at Maritimo Beach in Sissi for a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel was pleasant and clean, with friendly staff that were always ready to help. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a small balcony. The location on a small beach was perfect for a quiet vacation, with nearby shops and family-run restaurants. The hotel maintained excellent standards and the food was delicious. a lovely stay with a great location.

I was really happy with the value for my money at Maritimo Beach. The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. The location in a quiet town was just what I was looking for, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, specifically in terms of variety.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull, does all his best . There are rooms with renovation and without. Very big difference between them ! Renovated rooms are very nice and big (family room). Good location in the middle of the village, direct on the sea. There is a very small sandy beach close to the hotel. There are no possibilities for kids besides of one swimming pool, which is from 1,35 to 3.10 meters deep, so, not for small kids. The food choice is unfortunately very very poor. We were glad, that we took the breakfast only . As we travelled a lot by car, we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. As my son told : "a rentner's hotel".

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a very pictoresque and romantic villa by the sea - Sissi, which is relatively far from the major cities in Crete and therefore the associated confusion. If you are looking for nightlife and big parties this is not the best choice. If you are looking for a nice relaxing place by the sea (I think there isn´t a beach near enough to walk to) with a nice swimming pool this is a good option. And from there you can always rent a car and explore the fascinating archeological sites nearby. The breakfast is good enough.

The only really negative aspect of this hotel was the absence of a working aircondioner. We weren´t able to get it to work because the control was missing. It seems it´s like this in every room, because we heard other guests complaining about this. The solution is to sleep with an open window, which is enough to cool down the room. Off course this has a major draw because the mosquitos there are fierce and persistent. Hahahaha

We had a great stay at this hotel, with plenty of positive experiences. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to several good restaurants, and friendly staff. The hotel was well-maintained and our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there were light snacks available upon arrival. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and sea view, and the hotel is conveniently located near local bars and just 35 minutes from the airport.

Located in an idyllic area, the hotel boasts stunning views of the sea and lush garden areas. The comfortable rooms are immaculate and well-serviced, with some featuring private balconies. Guests can enjoy a tasty and diverse breakfast spread every morning. The pool bar and evening bar provide delicious drinks and snacks and great service to boot.

The in-room storage options could be improved, as there were limited drawers for guests to use.
