            Gorgeous lake views and the location was wonderful and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Water had excellent temperature.

            The restaurant was only 25% occupied and dinner our first night was frustrating because our waiter was busy, busy.

            Great view and location, very nice private garden at the lake, the Bergsee nearby is one of the best. The staff are good and helpful, the two elevators are fast and efficient. The food is excellent and varied, the landscape is wonderful.

            Hotel is old, bad smelling and furniture in the room is a bit old. Pillows poor excuse for a spa unhelpful.

            Excellent location for mountain biking in the black forest, the domestic staff are obviously dedicated and the bar is stylish and friendly, and the dining room is very good.
