Even though we triple checked our reservation, we had a twin bed in our room when we checked in.

A hotel not properly handling a simple wake up call is like not putting a bed in the room.

Near the train tracks, the bed was more comfortable than some places I've stayed in and the lobby was modern and nice.

Our "king size" bed is actually two twins pushed together.

Nice bedding and bathroom totally acceptable.

The staff that was realy kind and helpful, the restaurant was good The one night we ate there I had the lobster bisque.

Service was very prompt in the restaurant.

Breakfast buffet nothing special, despite all the grandeur.

The breakfast spread was more than adequate, and plenty of staff bringing coffee to the table.

The highlight and big surprise was the breakfast buffet: amazing, one of the best and biggest we have ever experienced, with everything one can desire in the morning: all kind of hot and cold stuff and something like 10 different types of cereals.

The staff at the reception friendly, rooms are certainly clean.

My room was tidy, the restuarant food in the evening was good.

The breakfast room was large and nice, but of course it would have been better to have some fresh flowers or nothing on the table, instead of those dirthy plastic flowers.
