Not a person on our bus has happy, good location and since I appeared at the hotel only late in the night the most valuable thing was silence.

The location is very good, quiet place even 's near the main train station and the staff is always polite and professional.

Good location for overnight before moving on to the Airport, very friendly hotel and convenient walking distance to Telekom Deutschland buildings.

Convenient airport bus and railway stationis 140 Meters away as well as a variety of trams.

Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, and well appointed bathrooms.

The beds are comfortable, the room very clean, and the service is the best you'll find in Germany.

Breakfast is good, with a wide choice of typical European fare.

The hotel bar is a little expensive - pitched at the business market.

We ate at the resturant in the hotel which wasn't that bad.

Location by main train station in Darmstadt is excellent, the hotel lobby needs to be updated and the service is the best you'll find in Germany.

My experience is that Germans aren't used to and certainly don't expect the same level of customer service that Americans do.

Easy Internet Access and the swimming pool is nice.

We went to use the swimming pool in the basement and found a naked man laying there.

I no longer consider dial-up and option and the only highspeed available is in the lobby through T-Mobile.

The room was clean, breakfast were excellent.

The room very clean, a nice sauna as well.
