Very convenient location, very nice hotel and very good price.
The location was perfect and nothing good was in this hotel.

The location of the Maritim is absolutely perfect.
Taxi straight from airport is about £22.
Absolutely faultless hotel, superb location, we walked into the city, and never needed a taxi or tram.
The beds were comfortable with crisp cotton sheets and lightweight duvets and the bathroom was a good size, well lit and with a powerful shower over the bathtub.
There was also a lovely big, luxurious bathroom with bath.
One entire side of the room (548) was a window providing a lovely panoramic view of the Rhine.
The staff very professional and room was spacious and comfortable.
We booked a superior double room - it had a view of the Cathedral - lovely in the daytime but amazing at night when it was lit up - a real picture postcard view.
Plus, there are restaurants, shops and a piano bar inside this hotel so that is convenient.
In this area are several restaurants, some shops and a piano bar.
Breakfast included a good selection of both hot and cold items and there is a good choice of restaurants on site for other meals and snacks.
Breakfast was superb - we stayed 2 nights - on the first morning the restaurant was packed and frenetic, but the second day we went a bit later and it was a lot better and more chilled out.
In the immediate vicinity we were spoilt for choice by the number of restaurants (German, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Argentinian, Mexican, Spanish) and beer gardens, not too mention bakeries and coffee shops.
The staff - from reception to room service - were genuinely friendly and very accommodating.

Good combination of shops and the hotel staff was excellent.
This is a really nice hotel and most of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel also has an inside pool, sauna, and a massage area.
Only complaint: when we left to go checkout one elevator was broken and the other two were quite busy.
It was Sunday morning and there were plenty of people out and about which added to the confusion with the elevators.
Staff was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.
Rooms were a little smaller than expected however they were clean and comfortable.
Our room, on the third floor facing the Cathedral, was clean, comfortable and well maintained and equipped.
