The Maritim Hotel, opened in 1989, is located in the scenic Rhine Valley in a business district at the Godesberger Allee of the city of Bonn, Germany near the grounds formerly used for the Federal Gardening Exhibition, between Bonn and Bad Godesberg. The hotel features its own on-site restaurants and bars. Rôtisserie restaurant serves rich breakfast buffet daily from 6.30am to 10am, lunch buffet from Monday to Friday noon to 2pm, dinner buffet with front cooking daily from 6pm to 10.30pm. Additionally family brunch buffet is delivered every Sundays from 11am to 2pm and is free for children up to 6 years. La Marée bistro presents international à-la-carte delicacies in an elegant atmosphere from Monday to Friday 6pm to 11.30pm. Brasserie café is famous with delicious snacks and short eats throughout the day daily from 10am to 6pm. Piano bar works Mondays to Saturdays with live music daily from 6pm to 2am offering a great choice of drinks, cocktails and meals.
