Nice pool area, the hotel represents good value for money and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
Have to say, up till then I would value the hotel as average, certainly not rate it as a 4*, the head waiter needs to be a bit more approachable and recognise to be able to sort the simplest of problems, not pass them off to someone else!
I would defo return to this hotel, especially at that price.
We booked this holiday through Last Minute and paid quite a good price for a four star hotel so we were a little apprehensive.
I already knew of its location near the port and i liked the area that the hotel was situated in.
Needs refurbing,but who cares its in a great location and is excellent value for money,breakfast had a good fruit selection.
The location is fabulous, the hotel is in a gat position in Oortals Nous being only five minutes away from Puerta Portals marina and its staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming.
My taxi transfer from the airport took about 15mins (cost: 26 Euros), and there are regular buses to and from Palma (and other resorts) that stop very close to the hotel.
Me and a friend booked a 5 day break to this hotel and for the price we paid I have no complaints (We paid £250 each in total for flights, hotel, airport parking and taxi to hotel).
The room and bathroom were good with plenty of storage, king size bed, TV wth only the news channel in English.
We had a faimily room on the 6th floor, we were pleasantly surprised because it had 2 separate rooms, a twin beded room and a kingsize bedroom and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower.
We were amazed to find our room was actually rooms - a twin for the children, a connecting dressing area with plenty of storage, a double room with TV for us, and a full bathroom - all spotless and brand spanking new.
We had a family room which was excellent with two large bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both with TV and a shared full bathroom.
We had a family room which consisted of 2 seperate bedrooms, 2 balaconies and full bathroom.
Good choice of restaurants locally, Jose's opposite the hotel, Wellies in the marina, nice to people watch, food good but a bit pricey, Bar/Restaurant Continental, just next to the hotel - good food, good service and locals use it!
Breakfast good, but ate main meals down at Marina where there is excellent choice of restaurants.
The dinning room could get quite hectic at breakfast time especially at weekends, but for some reason at evening meal time, the restaurant was virtuallly empty.
Additionally the room was clean, the restaurant had excellent breakfast choice and the pool was nice.
The rooms are clean, the pool bar is great and breakfast in the morning is fine particularly you like frsh fruit.
Looked after The pool area was very good, the hotel was able to provide in a quick and staff at reception were efficient and helpful.
Good location, spacious hotel and the reception staff were very helpful and freindly.

Fellow guests were asked to leave because the Hotel had overbooked,staff took on mantle of Fawlty Tours,indoor pool shut because of cracked tiles, poolside bar food awful,cockroaches in bedrooms,understaffed in reception bar and much more.
The hotel has a small gym and an indoor pool too!
Overall friendly staff, clean comfortable room and the pool terrace was spacious.
The pool terrace was spacious with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and a pool bar.
The Hotel is clean, the rooms are too, in fact ours was spotless daily.
Room was spotless, the food was tasty and varied.
Furthermore the rooms were spotless, breakfast was really nice.
Clean and staff freindly, beds comfy, great poolside bar.
Room was very small, but clean, with refridgerator.
