We went for wedding anniversary celebration, we had a great time, except for the room that this time was not working, he air conditioned it well, it was not cold enough, the reception staff especially Shaima a very lovely girl and very professional. and a waiter called Marcos Martinez was very nice and also did his job very well,we love Marina dor especially him.5* hotel x have right to the.spa,and we have gone many times already in this year.we have gone.3 times.but I have noticed that for a 5* they have gone down a bit,but we really love it and we will keep going.thanks

Location, proximity to the beach, free access to the spa, friendly staff from reception, lifeguards, waiters, cleaning... large comfortable room for family of two adults and small children, bathrobes and slippers for the little ones is a detail. the food on the buffet is very good, good quality and variety, freshly squeezed natural juice at breakfast, top brands yoghurts, milks, drinks both soft drinks and beers. It is an ideal place for the enjoyment of the little ones in the family. The spa is great for both adults and children. They can go to all the areas if they are over 5 years old (except saunas).

Details that make you lose quality (and some other star) as the bathrooms, need a review, whirlpool tub somewhat dirty holes where water comes out and quite lime accumulated, whirlpool shower more of the same, lid of the tank was completely unhooked. Direct access to the outdoor swimming pool which is also shared with the rest of the hotels in the complex. It is also worth mentioning that during the period in which we were there, we only went to the outdoor pool one day because the water was very cloudy and there were a lot of people. Nevertheless, being in this hotel the exterior spa is perfect to take a dip, less crowded and water much cleaner ( and healthier for being sea water.

The hotel offers a good variety of facilities to enjoy, such as a spa and outdoor pools. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and several restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The food can be improved, as some dishes were not fresh and lacked flavor. , there was a lack of amenities in the rooms, such as an iron and kettle.

That you have everything at your disposal and it is ideal to enjoy it with the family.

I didn't like that I wore everything included with my bracelet, but there were some "professionals" from the waiters' service who told me on the first day that they had to charge me for the drink because it was not included in the show room. I obviously believed it and paid for it. The next day at the next show, when I showed the bracelet again to the new professional waitress, she told me that I was included. And she made the relevant notes and you can enjoy the drink. I leave it written down here so that they take it into account and so that it doesn't happen again, because the hotel is discredited by the behavior of some people in particular anyway the Hotel, the attention in general reception, spa and everything has enchanted me, except for the behavior of some professionals. The 5* Hotel has direct access to the Thermal circuit. On the 4th floor there is a 'bar' with 'almost' everything free for H5* users. Not bad. The personnel of plant is always very kind and attentive in everything.

The reception staff, from 22:00 to 09:00, are not informed of 'anything'. We made 3 consultations and all three were unresolved. Few waiters at the buffet, both at breakfast and lunch and dinner. And since the hotel was full, the few that were there were not enough. Besides, they run out of grilled meat too many times, and they don't replace trays. They have lowered the level of detail on all levels. For example: other times we have stayed in this same hotel, just to detail, in the bed there were several cushions per person, and now only 1 per person. If the room is reserved for 3 people, on the terrace there were only 2 chairs, only 2 bottles of welcome 'gift', and a long etc. These are details that a 5* cannot neglect, since it is the highest category. Although the stay has been good, and sure we will repeat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea, and there is so much to explore nearby. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The integrated entertainment for children was also a plus.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel were exceptional. I was greeted by friendly staff at the spa, which had luxurious indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and massage facilities available. The spa center provided high-end beauty treatments that were incredibly relaxing. The seasonal outdoor pool and garden area were also stunning and perfect for lounging. The restaurant and bar area provided delicious food, packed lunches, and special diet menus that were worth the cost.

The hotel is in a beautiful location near the beach, though it was a bit disappointing that there was no beach access included. The room was magnificent with private facilities and in-room breakfast, but there was a minor issue with room service in the evening.

Some of the hotel staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating. The spa facilities didn't live up to my expectations and could have been in better condition.

We had a great family holiday in a stunning location close to the sea. The integrated entertainment for children was fantastic - our kids loved the facilities and activities provided for them. Our spacious and comfortable room and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean by the helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. The Spa was wonderful and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the facilities.
