The hotel's decoration and general areas were lovely and well-maintained, creating a pleasant ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for people of our age. The rooms were easily accessible and there were enough handrails, making it safe and comfortable for us.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed unaware of our specific requirements as older guests.

The entire experience was good. For dinner we visited Sri Nuan, set only 1000 ft away. We greatly enjoyed marina beach resort. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Koh Samui...

Choosing for lunch Pizza Del Sol, which is situated 600 feet away was a good idea. Excellent place for a city trip in Koh Samui! So close to the airport, 9 miles.

I absolutely loved the Explore Beach Front Bungalows at Marina Beach Resort! The rooms were beautifully decorated in a traditional Southern style, and each one made me feel right at home. The coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, and in-room safe were all great conveniences. Plus, the free WiFi and satellite/cable TV were a nice touch. My favorite part was the spacious tropical-style bungalow with outdoor seating on the balcony. It was so relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the beach view. As a guest who values comfort and a homey atmosphere, this room was perfect for me!

One small thing I wasn't too crazy about was the larger air-conditioned room's balcony. It was a bit small for my liking.

Perfect location, spacious bungalows, friendly staff, daily cleaning, walking distance to beach and shops.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location right on Lamai beach with easy access to shops and restaurants. Good-sized rooms with ocean views and mosquito nets on windows. Motorbike rental available. Close to a breakfast restaurant that opens at 7.30am. Supermarket and laundry services nearby. Nice gardens with lots of birds singing.
