We were on a tight budget and basically wanted a nice hotel at hostel prices - a big ask in Roma.
The good things about this hotel, location near to every sight in Rome, The restaurant next door has great meals but dont expect the staff to go out of the way and when they do, it is only to collect your money/payment for the room.
The personnel was very kind with us, the room very nice and the price very good compared to other similar hotels in the area.
It should not have a three star rating and next time I think I would rather pay more for a better quality area and hotel.
Convenient location and within walking distance of all sites in Rome.
Excellent hotel and very good location to access to many services and public transportation.
The location was perfect as it was very close to the main termini train and bus station.
The hotel is a 5 min walk from the main train station/Ryan Air bus drop-off from Ciampino Airport.
HOWEVER, please note that taxis from Ciampino Airport to anywhere in central Rome are a fixed 30 EURO rate & the same on the way back.
My room was large with a double and a twin bed.
Our room was clean and large with a double bed and a twin along with a desk, chair and ample wardrobe.
The hotel itself is very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are small but have a good, hot shower and/or bath.
The 4-bed rooms are 3 singles & a fold-down bed which you wouldn't want to sleep on for more than a couple of nights.
The bathroom was surprisingly good and the bed was comfortable.
Two doors down the street to your right is a little restaurant that is owned by the hotel.
The hotel itself was basic but the staff were very friendly and had no problem suggesting restaurants,shops,guided tours or ordering taxis.
The only thing that we thought was really poor was the breakfast: a pretty poor variety of things to eat, but maybe that's all you get in an Italian hotel at that price (it was 80 dollars a night for two people).
Breakfast is uninspiring but hey, who needs a big breakfast when there is so much yummy Italian food to sample!
Breakfast was typical continental but there was enought choice with cereals, croissants etc.
The front desk staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful on every shift.
The staff at reception was rude, even insisting on keeping our passports to fill in "documentation"?
Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in providing restraunts and area information.
We had excellent service, great, friendly and helpful staff a very enjoyable stay.

The elevator was a huge help with heavy luggage.

The room was fairly small but still sufficient, the ensuite was clean and large enough.
