Brilliant, fairly clean hotel with understanding and fast staff and a tapas bar. Lovely design of interiors in deluxe room. Very good breakfast with bread, cereal, eggs, and cheese. The location of this venue in the heart of Madrid was great. Walking distance to eateries and tapas bars and walking distance to a theatre and a palace. Simply no complains at all, fantastic stay.

It is nestled in the heart of the town, within short walking distance to an iconic street. The hotel offers very very good meal in the morning, freshly made food.

The location was very central, not far from Puerta del Sol and public transportation, shops, eateries and easy walking to all attraction and metro and the Cercanias trains, and there were a theatre and a palace walking distance to the venue. They gave me deluxe king room with balcony as well as desk or chair.

The venue was in a very central location very close to a public square in Madrid, one of the best known and busiest places in the city, being able to walk to various tourist attractions, and the inside garden. I was offered a savoury breakfast with gluten-free options available. The team provided an excellent service.

Everything was great, POLITE staff, nice views to the inside garden. We appreciated the deluxe queen room which was delightful. The breakfast was very very good, the check in was friendly. The location was marvellous for getting around, as a tube station was within walking distance to the hotel.

I booked new-fashioned and spotless room with a terrasse, an outside terrace, for instance. Slices of fresh bread, cereals, eggs, and cheese were lovely, I loved it. All the staff was pleasant, resolved my issues.

The staff are very very helpful and experienced and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The units are stylish, neat. The hotel provides an excellent service.
