Excellent location close to Plaza Grande, Macay, ADO bus station, and the old town 🏙️. It's a good-sized hotel with everything you need nearby!

The room was very functional and spotless, with a separate bathroom and a shower. the hotel is in an ideal, exceptionally nice location in Merida, close to the Central Square, bus stop, and all the plazas. - Conveniently situated right in the city center.

The location was excellent, close to Central Square and amenities. The hotel had a spacious pool and reasonable prices at the restaurant. The bar offered happy hour with tasty snacks. The hotel was quiet at night.
Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel is relatively close to the big plaza, the rooms are good size, the cleaning is done every day, the staff tries and support you as much as they can, if you are a traveler like me who will use it as a base (sleeping and cleaning) to go on tours and see other places is a good option, if you will stay longer in the hotel I think you will see other more pleasant options, although this hotel has its restaurant (I did not consume there x that I had breakfast elsewhere, I never looked at the menu) and its pool-bar although the water in the pool looked dirty, I do not feel that they are sufficient to be all day in the hotel
Maybe a little more channels on the tv because when you arrive at night from the activities and walks you want to watch a little tv and there is not much variety, wifi signal fails a lot or is nonexistent in my case, I am a person who only wanted to use it at night, x that from very early left the hotel and returned late at night

guys who help you with the luggage are very friendly, beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious.
we arrived we were given a room where the light was not working, only the lamp and light of the bathroom were on, coffee machine was not working, TV was looking very bad and tennis very few cable channels, auxiliary for Chrome cast was not working, so you could only watch air TV channels, fatal; They moved us to 214, elevator buttons were useless, it was a battle to make it work, room was just as badly lit, you had to open the curtain to see, they didn't do the toilet, they didn't put the towels in, phone wasn't working so you couldn't report the damage, last night the air conditioning wasn't working, So it was unbearably hot, window doesn't open, they called me on my cell phone to know if I would leave the room and take them the controls, there was still more than an hour to check out, their call was very annoying, in general the hotel was very bad, I don't recommend it and I wouldn't stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring, being just a few blocks from the main plaza and downtown area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and fresh sheets. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had delicious food at affordable prices, and I enjoyed dining by the pool. The hotel also offered free wifi and a computer lounge for convenience.
The patio furniture by the pool could use some updating.

Surprisingly enjoyable stay at a central Merida hotel. Conveniently located near Plaza Grande and El Centro. Staff were friendly, especially Daniella and the front desk team. Clean rooms with all necessary amenities. The pool was a welcome relief from the Merida heat. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

American-style breakfast included (coffee or tea, unnatural juice and your choice of hot cakes, waffle, eggs or toast). It has its own free parking (otherwise it is difficult to park in the area). The location: 10 minutes walking on a straight street from the main square.. Which provides you with towels for the swimming pool.. Complimentary water.. Super comfortable beds and pillows.
good lighting for the photos, they don't correspond to reality. In the bathroom you shower practically in the dark (there is a light bulb that does not reach the shower). hotel and rooms look neglected: cockroaches in the corridors, lime in the shower, elevator buttons don't work properly (you have to press several times/ knock to get the floor marked). Absurd that they ask you for a deposit to make another card/key of the room when you have stayed inside (being 2 people with only one key).
