The Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge was a delightful getaway for my family and me. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made our stay comfortable. The hotel's location above The Island provided easy access to shopping and dining options. Relaxing at the rooftop pool and indulging in spa treatments enhanced our vacation. Exploring nearby attractions like the Titanic Museum and Arcade City created unforgettable memories and strengthened family bonds.

During my transit through Pigeon Forge, I had a comfortable stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel. The convenience of guests being able to park at the hotel and take a complimentary tram from the lot to the front of The Island made my arrival and departure hassle-free. The spacious suites with homely amenities and the inviting outdoor pool with a sun deck and pool bar added to the overall pleasant experience.

I was slightly disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast provided, especially considering the cost of the rooms. While it didn't mar my stay, I believe this small addition would have enhanced the overall value for guests.

my wife and i had a wonderful time at margaritaville island, the balcony offered a clean and refreshing view of the water and wildlife below. the location was great, off the main strip and convenient to most attractions. the rooftop pool/bar had tons of lounge chairs and offered great views of the property. we enjoyed the variety of shopping and rides on the property as well as the convenience of the free tram service. overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we loved the service from the staff.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the village and valet parking. The room's luxury, spaciousness, and balcony overlooking the village were a big hit, as was the quick and delicious room service. The friendly valet staff made the stay extra special. We'll definitely be back!

Our queen room was complete with balcony, fireplace, fridge. The location couldn't be more great within walking distance of everything. Had a such great stay by her excellent customer service & would stay here again.

The Margaritaville Island hotel provided a great atmosphere with beautiful decor and spacious, clean rooms. the Margarita blender in the room was a fantastic touch, allowing for a fun experience making your own drinks. the convenient location inside the Island and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, feeling like a home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains.

loved the balcony overlooking the shopping area! the view of the ferris wheel was stunning. Great service, cozy rooms with rainfall showers. However, staff need training in customer service.

The room I booked was clean but not deeply cleaned and available with balcony and a cozy fireplace, as example. This accommodation had a central setting in the Pigeon Forge area.

Enjoyed my stay at Margaritaville! Balcony view was lively, pool and pool bar were a blast. Lots to do within walking distance. It surpassed other locations. Clean room and beautiful decor enhanced the experience.

The meeting rooms were modern and flexible, making it easy to host a successful gathering. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience for our work event.

The only service that I missed for my work needs was a dedicated business center with printing and other office support facilities.

The most important was the staff - exceptional and accommodating people. The location was magnificent and wonderful, you can visit Mirror Maze by walking. Moreover, it was so close to shops and fountain or shops and The Island.
