  Location great, hotel staff very helpful and friendly, service was excellent by any standards. The room was very nice, the evening buffet was good.

  The Hotel building was super, the location was excellent and the beach walkway on the ocean side of the property gave us great exercise every day. Staff were very pleasant and glass of cava at check-in was a nice touch. The room was wonderful and breakfast was fantastic.

  Yes the furniture was rather dated in its green wood style and the waiters were not very friendly. Also the pool was dirty.

  The hotel is beautiful, location is fabulous and loro park is great. Loved being so close to the beach and a daily fresh weather report in the reception would be nice. The beds are huge, the staff used towels as carpets on the floor to dry and restaurants just outside the resort. The chinese next to is excellent, the pools are lovely.

  Location is excellent, buses are cheap for anyone wishing to visit the beautiful beach and we didn't eat in the hotel as is surrounded by restaurants. Staff are very friendly and the room is big. The system they have for pool towels is great and the Italian is we had breakfast as well.

  The pool area was friendly, the beach was great that we did not have to bring towels and hotel was very clean. The service was exceptional and check-out were also efficient. The bathroom was excellent and breakfast buffet was large and good.

  Location was great, the hotel pool area was really nice and the staff were helpful and courteous. Additionally the room was wonderful, breakfast was excellent and check-out were also efficient. Spa's were perfect.

  The location is superb and the hotel is very luxurious. The staff is very efficient and pleasant, the rooms are beginning to look a bit tired, best local restaurant is Bianco. Pools are all good.

  Pool area great, after meeting a bad taxi driver and directly opposite is a beautiful beach. This is one of the most enjoyable hotels we stayed in, ths staff are extremly helpfull and efficient, the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfasts are good.

  Very quiet pool area and nice beach. This hotel looks amazing and prices good. Fantastic attention from staff and chaimber maid excellent. The big comfortable room, piano bar lovely and champagne on arrival appreciated also fresh sheets every 2nd day.

  Large pool area, near the beach and the best thng about our stay was the relaxed athmosphere of the hotel. Service were great and other rooms got sun in the morning. Cleanliness was excellent especially in the toilets and breakfast was lovely. Spa's were perfect.
