Marco Polo Presnja Hotel Moscow - 莫斯科

The location is good and the hotel is located near the downtown of Moscow - is luxury and quiet.

Good location, the hotel is a little disappointing - for 300 dollars a night I expected better and breakfast is perfect.

Nice location and hotel staff were great.

The best thing is the location - a few nice cafes on the block and the Patriarch's Pond just around the corner - you could walk to Red Square in 20 -30 minutes.

This hotel has ideas way above its station.

The Marriot also had a butler, free 24 hrs buffet and a bed that I could have slept my entire family in!

Staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were bright.

但价格实在是太贵了,含欧式早餐,但很一般.

You cannot charge your meal in the restaurant to the room, only cash or VISA is accepted.

Saying that the staff I found friendly and the breakfasts were pretty good.

Geographical situation is very good and the hotel restaurant is nice.

The small SPA center is very convinient, i liked your cosy hotel is in the centre Moskow and breakfast is good.

地理位置还不错，附近挨着Patriarch Ponds公园.

Some of the staff are pretty grumpy and the service in the lobby bar - oh sorry - I forgot - there is no service in the lobby bar.

Saying that the staff I found friendly and any problems we faced were quickly resolved.

Last point - I booked a car to take me to Sherymetevo after check out - the staff sent the driver to the wrong airport - I almost missed a flight.

You are greeted with a glass of Champagne as you check in, but that this is last service that you recieve that is either free or charitable!

In the block I was in we had to share a very small elevator with all the chambermaids and their laundry - the area outsdie the lift on the ground floor was used as a dump.
