  Good location for cost, port Douglas itself is very nice and the beach is about a 10minutes walk away. The setting is great and the staff are excellent. The rooms at Treetops are very large and the resident pianist added enjoyment to a quiet drink in the cocktail bar. Reasonable restaurant prices for a resort and i loved the natural rock pool.

  The other big cities and the beach is also a nice alternative to the shuttle bus. All round decent hotel could do and the staff cleaned out the pool filters everyday. The rooms are very spacious, choice of restaurants is excellent.

  A great pool area, the bus service to town was good and four mile beach was pretty quiet due to this. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, so was just wonderful to be in sheets.

  A serving station held various dried fruits, the excellent 4 mile beach was just a short walk away and coffee & staff at poolside meals area were great. Also the place was brilliant, as there was a good shuttle service ran every 15mins from the front door and concierge were quite helpful. Room was comfortable, the pool leading up to the bar was outstanding and the food was very nice.

  The beach was amazing and location was good. The atmosphere was great and staff was very helpful. The room was large and bar were lovely.

  The service in the restaurant was slow and the pool was also not too impressive either.

  Nice beach nearby, lovely surroundings and good value for the money. Excellent customer service at reception and at check-in we received complimentary bottles of water. Surronds also comfortable room, the tour desk was very helpful and restaurant was of high standard.

  Parking was difficult as there was not enough spots for the cars bit far from the town and toilet was not cleaned for 3 days.

  The nearby beach for that matter were beautiful, we found the location a bit futher out of town good and the staff at the hotel were very helpful too. The service was excellent, the poolside furniture was never cleaned and most of the corridors/elevators were outdoor. The food was fantastic and the pool was nice as well.

  I found the areas around the lagoon / pool incredibly beautiful and i was pleased that my room was always ready for me I dropped back into the hotel late morning or around lunchtime. The staff were friendly and cheapest rates found on quick beds without breakfast. The swim-up bar was good and all of the hot foods were tasteless. Waitresses were great.

  The pool area looks nice at night and good hotel. Reception very pleasant and quiet room. The outdoor restaurant and beautiful garden.

  The pool area was excellent, the surroundings of the hotel were beautiful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, the meals were very good.
