The location was excellent the room comfortable and clean, the hotel was well located, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in an excellent location and the friendly service will keep us coming back.
Nice quiet location, i stayed at the Mantra on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne the Facilities far more comfortable and everyone at the hotel were very helpful throughout our stay.

The spacious 2 bedroom apartment and a large kitchen.
On undoing the pull down couch we found the old soiled dirty sheets still on the bed and of course again we had to ring down to reception to supply us with clean sheets!
BUT, if you are a fan of restaurants and eateries the hotel is very close to an excellent range, including the one in the hotel.
The staff were lovely again, and Judy at reception remembered us from our stay last year, our Apartment was clean and still in great condition, everyone at the hotel were very helpful throughout our stay.

Mantra on Frome is one of the few hotels we have stayed in where we felt safe and secure, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The lounge area was spacious enough for us all to sit around, the hotel was absolutely spotless clean and the staff were more helpful in helping the guests.
This our 3rd stay with the Mantra on Frome, this time for a week visiting family, my wife and I have had nothing but good experiences.
Additionally the staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
Service is always firendly and helpful and the rooms are neat, tidy and very comfortable to stay.
