Everything was amazing, the buffet breakfast was totally worth it. The location was unbeatable, close to the restaurant at 6.30 PM and all services, attractions and gardens/golf course. It also was in an isolated area. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the café bar.

Its breakfast could have been was n't included in our rate.

It was as expected, had a fantastic stay on a road trip. The hotel had a remote location close to shopping center. The check-in was easy, we greatly enjoyed café bar. The pool was heated, just what we needed😃👍

The staff was very kind and courteous, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Everything was great, and the breakfast was outstanding with a golf course view.

The hotel offered great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the facilities we could want, including a full kitchen and a lovely view of the golf course. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the perfectly poached eggs.

Everything was okay and there was very little to be improved.

I loved walking around the perimeter and the lakes/water features that were wonderfully populated with birds and the native flora in the landscaping. Staff were helpful happy and attentive.

The room was clean and comfortable. Undercover parking was available. The restaurant provided good food for both evening meals and breakfast

The air conditioning in my room was set to 18degrees which was far too cold. Reception staff could not fix it. There was no in-room mini-bar provided (the fridge in my room contained a small container of milk and nothing else.) I do not want to have to call reception just to have to order a can of softdrink!

The fluffy towels and comfy bed were nice, and the pancakes were yummy. the pool was big and refreshing, and the location was really convenient for exploring the area. We appreciated the complementary coffee and toiletries in the room, and the view of the surrounding landscape was beautiful.

The check-in process was pretty slow and clumsy, which made a poor first impression. the room itself was quite outdated and in need of a deep clean.

There was another persons hair all throughout the bathroom and in the bed.

We were all very pleasently surprised on our arrival at Mercure. It was not what we expected for Wyong. We will stay again.

Not being asked if we wanted the sofa bed turned down ready before arrival. Understand that this should not be just done, bust a question would have saved us all some grief with working it out ourselves.

We had a fantastic stay here! Best aspects were the spacious and tidy 2-bedroom apartments, amazing facilities including a beautiful pool and spa, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast buffet with many options. Plenty of amenities in the apartments, including a Nespresso coffee machine, pots and pans, and even conditioner.

Peacefulness and quiet. Staff were pleasant and competent. Indoor heated pool, spa and gym.

Design of the complex. Two seperate sections and no cover if raining and having to attend main sections. The food is too upmarket and limited menu choices for room service. At one point there were no staff avaialable at reception or in the bar area and it was late morning. The airconditioning was a bit hard to get working as far as the remote control is concerned so some written explanations in the room might have helped.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a golf course view and it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony where I could enjoy some fresh air. The bed was excellent and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel also had basic amenities like a small gym and a heated indoor pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One highlight was the delicious breakfast with perfectly cooked soft poached eggs. the hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail, with a beautiful location overlooking an outdoor area that added to the ambiance.

Everything was absolutely fine and up to par.

The flexibility from the staff in providing light snack for breakfast for us. Staff friendly. Did not get to play golf but was a great walk around the course for our daily walk. Some good photo opportunities of the birdlife. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay. lionel
