The rooms are new-fashioned and functional, providing views of the rear. The central location on the top floor is great. The rooftop area is enjoyable. The hotel is very close to shops, restaurants, the surf club, and the beach, as well as cafes and restaurants.

I had a very positive stay for 7 nights and the weather was lovely. the location was awesome, just off fantastic restaurants, the beach, and great shops and cafes downstairs along Hastings Street. - the lunch in Ben & Jerry's, meters from the hotel, had every choice imaginable.

Overall it was tidy on 2nd level. I could use a lounge, a kitchen area, and a sofa. The setting was unbeatable and awesome, just next door to the beach and Noosa National Park, the centre of the strip-easy walking to all the cafes and all shops restaurants.
